Returns
We have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return an item please send an email to beddingandcurtaininc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you on the way forward.

We currently only deliver in South Africa. All items purchased on our online store are delivered by an external courier company.
Please note: Payment confirms an order. Stock is not reserved until payment has been received. Please do not place an order if you are not ready to make payment.

Once payment clears we will begin processing your order. We will send you an email when your order has been booked with the courier company. This email will contain your tracking information.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time varies and will depend on where you are based. Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery depending on where you are based. Please note rural areas may take longer.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
Delivery charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of an item (length x breadth x height divided by 4000).
The volumetric weight of each item is then added together which gives you your total shipping cost. This is calculated automatically for you.
